Wir glauben an unkomplizierte, solide Produkte höchster Qualität, die von denen gemacht werden, die sie auch selbst fahren. Bikes mit außergewöhnlicher Fahrqualität sind das Resultat vieler Stunden im Sattel und nicht von Diskussionen über die Marketing-Vorteile der einen oder anderen Technologie. Wir verschwenden keine Zeit damit, Trends nachzujagen. Wir stellen keine Straßen-Bikes, BMX-Bikes, City-Bikes oder andere esoterische Bikes her. Wir fahren Mountain Bikes. Wir kennen Mountain Bikes. Wir machen Mountain Bikes.

Inspection Tool

This is a custom made tool that we use to check the round on the derailleur spud on the Carbide SL.

Inspection

We do 100% inspection on all Tomac frames. This is us checking the depth of the seat tube bore, as well as the round and dimension tolerance.

Raw Materials

A bin of triple butted Snyper down tubes before they go for bending.

Inspection

We do a visual inspection of every frame to ensure it meets our requirements. This frame has already “passed”, but we are doing a final check for ano discoloration.

Checking the frame drawing against the frame to ensure that everything is in tolerance.

Inspection

We check the frames at four different stages: as parts, after assembly, after finishing, and then right before they go into the box. This is the after assembly checking.
