Philosophy

We believe in simple, hard core, quality products that are made by the people who use them. Bikes with exceptional ride quality are the result of spending hours and hours in the saddle, not sitting in meetings discussing the marketing advantages of one technology over another. We don't spend time chasing trends. We do not make road bikes, BMX bikes, city bikes or any of these esoteric bikes. We ride mountain bikes. We know mountain bikes. We make mountain bikes.

Inspection Tool

This is a custom made tool that we use to check the round on the derailleur spud on the Carbide SL.

Inspection

We do 100% inspection on all Tomac frames. This is us checking the depth of the seat tube bore, as well as the round and dimension tolerance.

Raw Materials

A bin of triple butted Snyper down tubes before they go for bending.

Inspection

We do a visual inspection of every frame to ensure it meets our requirements. This frame has already passed, but we are doing a final check for ano discolouration.

Checking the frame drawing against the frame to ensure that everything is in tolerance.

Inspection

We check the frames at four different stages: as parts, after assembly, after finishing, and then right before they go into the box. This is the after assembly checking.
